The much awaited development of Film City at Yamuna Expressway is going to start soon. With the reception of “letter of award” by Boney kapoor, it is speculated that at sector 21 Yamuna Expressway, development of Film City will begin soon.
The development site is very near to Noida International Airport in Jewar. The famous Bollywood filmmaker Boney Kapoor has received the award for the construction, maintenance and operation of the Film City project. Approximately 230 acres of land has been dedicated for the development purpose. 155 acre developments for industrial use will be done and 75 acres will be used for commercial purposes.
Boney Kapoor Received “letter of award” for Film City Project
Boney Kapoor’s Baywatch Projects LLP has been assigned for this project and the company officials are also aware of the matter. The officials have confirmed the developments and the letter of award. They also added that the groundwork is soon going to get started in upcoming months. The development is supported by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and his ambitions to make UP one of the developed cities in India. Developing Film City near Yamuna Expressway will fetch more opportunities in the coming future.
The consortium was authorized for the development by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). The construction of the consortium will take place in sector 21 Noida. The UP Cabinet approved the development of the consortium in the first week of March and the letter of award was given to Boney Kapoor’s firm for this project in the previous week. The construction will soon start and thus, Uttar Pradesh will experience the change and the progress.
